Filters in Applicants – CMST

The Filters feature in the Applicants section of CMST allows you to generate, view, and download detailed reports based on various criteria. Users can filter applicants by:

  • Name

  • Applicant email and phone number

  • Interested country and course

  • Added by / Applicant manager / Reference

  • Start date and end date (created date)

  • Updated start date and end date

  • Branch (show applicants from all branches)

  • Visa refusal status

  • Passport number

  • Follow-up details

  • Customized filters

  • Test scores, and more

You can apply one or multiple filters at a time to generate precise reports tailored to your needs.

Once the data is displayed, CMST also provides the option to download the filtered results in CSV format, making it easier to share and report insights to management for analysis and decision-making.
