How to Add a Workflow in CMST

Creating a workflow in CMST allows you to streamline your application process efficiently. Follow the steps below to add a new workflow:

  1. From the left navigation panel, click on the Workflow option.

  2. You will be presented with two options — Import Workflow or Add Workflow. Choose the option that best suits your needs.

  3. To create a new workflow manually, click on Add Workflow.

  4. A dialog box will appear on the screen.

  5. Enter a suitable name for your new workflow.

  6. Select the country associated with the workflow.

  7. Check the required options as needed, then click on Add to finalize. 

Once completed, your workflow will be successfully added to CMST, ready for configuration and use in your application processes.
