How to Create a Group Chat in CMST

Creating a group chat in CMST allows team members to collaborate and communicate efficiently. Follow the steps below to set up a new group chat:

1. Click on the Messages option from the left navigation panel.

2. On the right side of the Messages section, click on the plus (+) icon.

3. A form will appear — fill in the required details for your group chat.

4. Once all the information is entered, click on Save to create the group.

Your new group chat will now be available in the Messages section, enabling communication among all added members.
