Commissions in CMST

The Commissions section in CMST automatically updates as soon as a visa is granted in the applicant’s profile.

Once the visa status changes to granted, the corresponding commission is added to the Pending List for processing. As the commission workflow progresses, the applicant’s record moves through different stages — from Pending to Processing, and finally to Completed once the commission is fully processed.

This automation ensures accurate tracking of commission statuses and streamlines financial management within the CMST system.

• Log in to your CMST account.
• In the left pane, click on “Commissions” (found below “Payments”).
• Then click on the “Pending” button.
• Click the “Start Commission” button at the top right.
• Click “Start Commission“, That gives you access to the form, you have to fill out the application form to start a commission.
