How to add comments for Applicants in CMST.

In the CMST system, there is an attribute called “Comments” utilized by Consultancy staff members. This feature allows staff to document important information related to an applicant’s profile, including notes on issues to address during calls or updates on the status of the applicant’s work. Additionally, it facilitates communication among staff by providing a means to convey messages to anyone reviewing the applicant’s profile.

  • Log in to your CMST account.
  • Open the profile of the applicant to whom you need to add a comment.
  • Once the applicant’s profile is loaded, locate the Comments section.
  • Click on the Comments section box and enter your comment.

  • After entering your comment in the Comments section, click on Add to save it.
