How to Import Applicant Data in CMST.

To efficiently update the data of previous applicants in the CMST system, you can streamline the process by importing multiple records at once. This method not only saves time but also enhances accuracy.
Below are the steps to import applicant data with a single click:
  • Log in to your CMST account.
  • Click on “Applicants” in the left attribute bar (below the Dashboard).
  • Once the applicant list is displayed, locate the “Action” button at the top left of the page and click on it.

  • Here, you will find the ‘File Sample‘ option next to the action button.
  • You can click on the “File Sample” button to download a CSV (comma-separated value) template.

  • Enter the data you wish to import into the system and save it in CSV format.
  • Then, return to the same page and click on the “Import” button.

  • Now, upload the saved CSV file.

  • Next, click on the “Import” button to complete the import process.
  • You can also import data using the “Advanced Import” feature.
  • Upload the previously saved CSV file, and then drag the fields to the corresponding mapping columns.
  • Then click on the “Import” button to complete the process.
