How to Manage a Role in CMST.

You can add additional roles and modify permissions as needed. You can create as many roles as required to suit your organizational needs. As your community expands, you can assign these roles to new users. Each role must be assigned individually, and the level of permissions granted will determine the user’s initial access.
  • Log in to your CMST account.
  • From the left pane, select “Settings”.
  • On the “Settings” page, navigate to “All Roles”.
  • On the Roles page, the left column displays the names of all created roles. Usernames on the server can view the roles assigned to each user, along with a list of permissions for each role. The level of permissions assigned to a role determines the user’s initial access.

  • In the above section, you will see a list of permissions for the Counselor role. This user will only have access to the resources and actions for which permission has been granted.
