How to Send Notice to Applicants via CMST

( This feature is available to users who have subscribed to the CMST Student App.

If you haven’t activated this feature yet, please reach out to our Admin.)

Applicants should receive timely communication from the consulting staff to inform them of their status in the process or any additional details that need to be shared. Staff members with access to mobile apps may contact applicants via phone, send written letters, use email notifications, or post notices in the online system to keep applicants informed.

  • Log in to your CMST account.
  • Navigate to the “Applicants App” section from the left pane.
  • In your News Feed, click Add Notice” at the top-right corner to add a new notice.

 

  • A dialog box appears. Fill out the form, add a notice, and click on the “Save.” button.
