Applicants should receive timely communication from the consultancy staff members to inform them of their status in a process or other additional details that the staffs want to share with them. The staffs(those who have given access to mobile apps) contact applicants by phone, send them written letters, or use the email notification options or can send Notice in the online system to notify applicants.
- Log in to your CMST account.
- You can visit the “Mobile app” from the left pane.
- From your News Feed, To Add notice you have to click on “Add Notice” which is on the topmost right side.
- A form appears. Fill the form, add a notice and click on “save”.
